About the service
When our children aren't feeling well we tend to drop whatever we are doing and to the doctor. When we aren't feeling well and it is a condition that doesn’t hamper our performance at work, do we drop everything and go to the doctor , or do we try to drag on until there is no choice? The GP Talk service, as part of the MyHealthPortal benefit, is designed to provide comprehensive support for patients who need to consult a GP but cannot miss work or spare the time to sit in the waiting room and wait for their appointment.

Now with the GP Talk service, the click of the mouse or a phone call from any location worldwide will empower you with the support and advice of a GP.

Use the GP Talk service for any medical concern, be it a routine health problem or a more serious one, The MyHealthPortal medical team is available 24/7 to provide support and information. If your query requires the attention of a doctor, you can apply for an appointment with one of the MyHealthPortal medical team doctors. The MyHealthPortal nursing team will review your request and pass it on to a member of the MyHealthPortal international team of GPs who will contact you within 3 working days, 1 working day in an emergency. The consultation can be provided by phone or any of the interactive tools available via the MyHealthPortal.
